Backsaver NT Buggy Tipper
Backsaver NT Buggy Tipper is designed to empty standard DIN9797 200- or 300-liter meat carts, trolleys or buggies at a work table height.
The Backsaver NT Buggy Tipper, like a pallet jack, is used to pick up a buggy of product and move it to the location for emptying. The load is then tipped in a smooth motion until the product starts to come out or even further to the maximum set angle. Because manual lifting, crouching and bending are no longer necessary, the risk of back pain, strain and injury is reduced. Healthy personnel are happier, more efficient and productive, and throughput is maximized.

Backsaver PLBR Wide Pallet Lifter/Stacker
The Backsaver PLBR Wide Pallet Lifter/Stacker is designed to stack/destack wide pallets. It can also be customized for placing boxes or crates on shelves. Unlike PL, it is a wider stationary machine that can be occasionally moved and easily accepts loads from pallet jacks, pallet trucks or forklift trucks.
The Backsaver PLBR Wide Pallet Lifter/Stacker, weighing just 300 kg, can easily be moved around the facility and installed at the location of storage making it a good solution for stacking/de-stacking wide palletized boxes with your products (e.g., snacks, burgers, fish, spare ribs, croquettes, wieners or BBQ meats). It can also handle other loads at food-processing facilities where special shelves, carts and bins are used.

Backsaver BR Barrel Tipper
The Backsaver BR Barrel Tipper is designed for emptying barrels, drums or cylinder-shaped containers.
A barrel of product (intestines, vegetables, pickled food products, sauces or other ingredients) is slid onto the Backsaver BR Barrel Tipper platform and moved around the facility to the location where it has to be emptied.

Backsaver Mixing-Bowl Tipper
The Backsaver Mixing-Bowl Tipper is designed to empty dough-mixing bowls.
Dough is often a thick, heavy solid. Tilting the bowl to (max) 100 degrees will make it easier to begin parting out the dough. Thus, a mixing bowl is moved into the Backsaver Mixing-Bowl Tipper and tilted in a smooth motion to the required angle or even further to the maximum set angle. Because manual lifting, crouching and bending are no longer necessary, the risk of back pain, strain and injury is reduced. Healthy personnel are happier, more efficient and productive, and throughput is maximized.

Backsaver NTLT Buggy lifter/tipper
The Backsaver NTLT Buggy lifter/tipper is designed to empty standard DIN9797 200- or 300-liter meat carts, trolleys or buggies when the Backsaver NT tipper’s dumping height is insufficient. The Backsaver NTLT Buggy lifter/tipper is equipped with a van Oirschot specialty lift-and-tip system that makes it possible to raise a buggy to a certain height and then tilt it in a smooth motion until the product starts to come out or even further to the maximum set angle. Because manual lifting, crouching and bending are no longer necessary, the risk of back pain, strain and injury is reduced. Healthy personnel are happier, more efficient and productive, and throughput is maximized.

Backsaver BRLT Wide Lifter/Tipper
Backsaver BRLT Wide Lifter/Tipper is designed for emptying wide plastic bins, pallet crates and other large containers when the Backsaver BR tipper’s dumping height is insufficient. The BRLT machine is equipped with a van Oirschot specialty lift-and-tip system that makes it possible to raise a large, heavy bin to a certain height and then tilt it. Unlike LT, it is a wider and larger stationary machine that can be occasionally moved and easily accepts loads from pallet jacks, pallet trucks or forklift trucks.

Backsaver LT Lifter/Tipper
The Backsaver LT Lifter/Tipper is designed to empty large bins when the Backsaver ST tipper’s dumping height is insufficient. The LT machine is equipped with a van Oirschot specialty lift-and-tip system that makes it possible to raise a large, heavy bin to a certain height and then tilt it. It’s a compact solution for major tasks. It’s also ideal for use at different locations or for installation at a specific, traffic-heavy location.

Backsaver PL Standard Pallet Lifter/Stacker
The Backsaver Standard Pallet Lifter/Stacker is designed to stack/destack standard pallets. It can also be customized for placing boxes or crates on shelves. Unlike a scissor lift, this machine can be used for both stacking and de-stacking purposes.
Backsavers are simple, easy-to-use machines that enhance production and reduce the risk of workplace injury. Independent controls on both sides of the machine are reachable regardless of its actual position, thus eliminating all the extra walking around the machine to operate it, reducing downtime and making it a very popular solution at food-processing facilities.
The Backsaver Standard Pallet Lifter/Stacker fork is easily placed under a pallet to raise it in a smooth motion to the desired height (up to approximately 1,000 mm / 39.4″, thus raising the pallet’s upper surface to approximately 1,100 mm / 43.3″). Because manual lifting, crouching and bending are no longer necessary, the risk of back pain, strain and injury is reduced. Healthy personnel are happier, more efficient and productive, and throughput is maximized.
A compact, mobile lifting solution
This machine, weighing just 300 kg, can easily be moved around the facility to the location of storage making it a nice solution for stacking/de-stacking palletized boxes with your products (e.g., snacks, burgers, fish, spare ribs, croquettes, wieners or BBQ meats). It can also handle other loads at food-processing facilities where special shelves, carts and bins are used.
Like other Backsavers, this machine is driven by a hydraulic cylinder that uses gravity for the lowering action. So, it’s very safe because it significantly reduces the risk that its moving parts might incur bodily injury. For even greater safety, it features an audible backup signal and a flashing LED beacon light that warn others about parts in motion, ensuring extra attention during operation.
Standard Features:
- Single hydraulic cylinder
- Backup sound alarm
- LED flashing beacon light
- Heavy-duty locking casters

Improved process: Backsavers are popular at boning plants
Backsavers are simple, easy-to-use machines that enhance production and reduce the risk of workplace injury. Independent controls provided on both sides of the machine are reachable regardless of its actual position with respect to a post-processing or sorting table, thus eliminating all the extra walking around the machine to operate it, reducing downtime and making it a very popular solution at deboning facilities.
Health and enhanced productivity: No strain, more gain
The ST machine, like a pallet jack, is used to pick up a bin of product (meat, fish, vegetables, etc.) and move it to the location for emptying. The bin is then tipped in a smooth motion until the product starts to come out or even further to the maximum set angle. Manual lifting, crouching and bending are no longer necessary and therefore the risk of back pain, strain and injury is reduced. Healthy personnel are happier, more efficient and productive.
Powerful rechargeable battery
Backsavers are powered by rechargeable batteries, so they can be used everywhere on the work floor regardless of the power-supply location. The battery is suitable for operation in refrigerated areas and can be plugged in overnight for convenient charging. With a fully charged battery you can handle approximately 50 tons of products.
Operational safety: No powered lowering; sound alarm for attention
The Backsaver Standard Tipper, with its two heavy-duty locking swivel casters mounted outside of the frame for maximum stability, can optionally be set to a tipping angle of up to 110 degrees while remaining safe and stable. Like other Backsavers, this machine is driven by a hydraulic cylinder that uses gravity for the lowering action. So, it’s very safe because it significantly reduces the risk that its moving parts might incur bodily injury. In addition, it also features an audible backup signal that warns others about parts in motion, ensuring extra attention during operation.
Hygiene and food safety: Stainless steel for enhanced sanitation
Backsavers are developed especially for the food industry. They are safe to operate and suitable for direct contact with food products. Backsavers are stainless steel for easier cleanups and wash-downs making it possible to use power washers. ST has been engineered, designed and manufactured in the Netherlands since early 1990s, and the very first machines are still in use today!
